Brasserie de l’Hileau
Craft Microbrewery in Baronville (Beauraing)
Founded in 2021 by Jean-François Bourgeois and Loïc Nicolas, both natives of the Beauraing region, the Brasserie de l’Hileau was born… in a family garage in Baronville, right in the heart of Greater Beauraing.
Its name is a tribute to the local stream, the “Hileau,” which flows just behind Jean‑François’ house.
