Martouzin – Neuville

These two villages are located at the foot of the Calestienne, a strip of limestone several dozen kilometres long which generates specific flora, landscapes and even influences history. The soil is schistose. 

The church of Neuville

Dedicated to the Assumption of the Holy Virgin, this building was built in 1745. 

The church of Martouzin

Built in 1875, this church is dedicated to Saint Lambert.

The cycle track

Since 2018, there has been a superb cycle path linking Beauraing to Focant, passing through Martouzin-Neuville.
