This brotherhood was created on 11 February 2005. They defend the products of Beauraing.
These include:
– the Ardennes sausage with garlic made by the butcher’s shop Lambot
– the “Tournée Beaurinoise”, a beer produced by the brewery La Caracole of Falmignoul
– another food product, made by the brotherhood itself, is also honoured. This is the “Cravachet”, a kind of quiche made from the above-mentioned products.
The “Cravache” of Beauraing is a legendary expression that generically reflects the spirit of its members: fun, lightness and correctness.
We have known this term for ages, and we like to base our association on this “way of life”.
